Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be added to your order either at time of web order placement or when order is shipped and invoiced. Shipping fees will not be refunded for refused or returned items. Shipping fees will include insurance fees for orders placed. Eastern Data is not responsible for delayed shipments due to weather conditions that are considered “acts of God” or for carrier service delays.

Orders

All orders are considered a non-binding contract until payments are made in full and Eastern Data accepts the order. Payments for credit card orders are due upon order placement, Net terms accounts will be expected to pay according to approved terms and COD orders will be expected to pay with company or cashier’s check to approved carriers upon delivery.
